‘French Salon Music’

This concert aims to recreate the intimate tone and ambience of a French Salon concert and will include beautiful and sublime melodies by Debussy, Fauré, Caplet and Schumann, interwoven with works for solo harp. Alex is a harpist with a passion for the history and lore of the instrument, and will be performing on an original French Erard harp dating from 1902.
