Hatful of Rain are a four piece, hailing from Sussex, England. Formed in 2010 they have played up and down the UK in folk clubs, festivals, house concerts and concert halls, gaining acclaim for their close harmonies, stage presence and song-writing. They count ‘whispering Bob Harris’ as a fan having been played several times on his BBCRadio2 show. With hints of folk, bluegrass and country using banjo, guitar, mandolin, double bass, they deliver music with spirit and sentiment. Following the pandemic there has been a change to the line-up that brings an exciting addition of lap steel, electric guitar and percussion providing a new edge to their sound.
